SOS Survival Operating System® theory presents the adrenal gland and its hormones to develop an understanding of what they are, how they function, and why they are released into circulation. How they can lead to disease, alter states of physiology and mental.  Information is presented on topics relevant to the adrenal including anatomy (adrenal, kidney, blood vessels, sympathetic chain, viscera), blood supply, neurophysiology, endocrinology, immunology, psychology, metaphysics, as well as how the adrenal hormones contribute to disease. Hands on techniques and advanced breathing exercises to down-regulate the stress endocrine system are taught and practiced in the latter half of each day.  Down-regulating this system can be effective at inducing global relaxation, physical and mental calming, helping sleep patterns, reducing swelling/inflammation, addressing nagging chronic injuries and reducing pain.
