SOS Survival Operating System® education teaches principles of macro and micro to organize information with real world application to the human condition. While there are commonalities from one person to another; rarely is there a one-size fits all solution to problems. That is why it is important for each individual to have a living philosophy and organized methodology when trying to achieve elevated levels of health.
Our educational courses base their philosophy in fundamentals from economics, physics, engineering, and macro-micro components.

Our courses teach what, how, and why to do the SOS Survival Operating System® breathing techniques. It is assumed we are breathing correctly from day-one; but what if we are not? Oxygen is the primary need for our body’s; what would it look and feel like if we were not getting enough? Perhaps we are taking this automatic function for granted.

STRESS & SURVIVAL
Learn how to treat yourself better
Chronic stress can become an everyday battle to survive for which there are many facets that are overlooked. Our courses teach how to identify the vast number of contributors to our survival state and how that effects the body’s physiology and brain’s psychology. Every stressor comes with a cost, which must be identified to be paid off.
Identify stressors to exit the internal State of Survival and allow healing to begin.
MENTAL PROGRAMMING & BELIEF SYSTEMS
Conscious-awareness creates the path to healing
Programming by our environments and experiences throughout life shape our perception of self and establish a normalcy bias. It can be difficult to identify these programs for ourselves, that is why our courses teach how to identify flawed beliefs and maladaptive behaviour patterns that create barriers interfering with our health and life.
Change begins with awareness and continues with a conscious effort to act upon what needs to be changed.


INJURIES & AILMENTS
Because sh….stuff happens
While prevention is the best health-of-self-care method sometimes injures and ailments make it passed the front gates – or maybe the injury or ailment is already there – either way we provide educational information to prevent setbacks, problem solve and thoroughly recover.
Knowing how to respond to or address an injury or ailment can allow appropriate action in a timely manner to prevent long-term pain and suffering.
BIOCHEMICAL SPECIFICITY
Because different soups need different ingredients
Different circumstances require focus on different biological pathways in our body. While our body does the work for us, it is helpful to know what components support the body’s activities. This can be the limiting factor in achieving health. Our courses can offer when particular diets and/or supplements can be supportive to specific states of being or health goals.
